Refill Timing
- Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
- After 4 weeks, a Full Set may be required instead of a refill.
Refill Guidelines
- Refills are designed to maintain your existing lash set.
- At least 40–50% of lashes must remain to qualify.
- If retention is too low, a Full Set will be required.
Foreign Fill (other salon work)
- If your lashes were done elsewhere, please book a Foreign Fill.
- Additional fees may apply ($20–$30) depending on condition.
- We will assess whether your lashes can be safely filled.
Important Notes
- Fewer than 25 lashes per eye → Full Set required.
- Excessive fallout, poor retention, or grown-out lashes may require a Full Set.
- We prioritize lash health, comfort, and quality results.
